Your day begins with private transportation from your Las Vegas hotel in a luxury electric Mercedes S Class with the option to upgrade to a Rolls Royce Ghost. Champagne will be available to enjoy during your drive to our VIP air terminal located just off of the Strip. Upon arrival, a state-of-the-art private helicopter will be waiting for you, as well as an officiant and photographer included in your Las Vegas wedding package. You will also be provided a 12-rose bouquet and a boutonniere in your choice of color.

Your Grand Canyon helicopter tour will set off en route to the West Rim, with aerial views of Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, the Colorado River, and the Nevada desert along the way. Upon arrival at the West Rim, your helicopter will descend 3,200 feet to the very bottom and land on a private plateau overlooking the Colorado River. You'll say your vows between the monumental canyon walls, the most beautiful backdrop to reflect the start of a beautiful marriage. Your photographer will capture every moment of your ceremony and also provide a video of the occasion. You'll celebrate your union with another champagne toast, surrounded by the most incredible nature in the United States.

Your return flight includes a helicopter tour over the Las Vegas Strip. You'll see aerial views of iconic Vegas landmarks like the Luxor pyramid, the New York-New York cityscape, the Eiffel Tower of Paris, and the Bellagio Fountains. You'll also see new constructions like Allegiant Stadium, the T-Mobile Arena, the High Roller Observation Wheel, and the breathtaking MSG Sphere. Your Las Vegas helicopter tour even fly past the Strat tower and over the historic Downtown Las Vegas. • Prior to your wedding, a marriage license will need to be acquired from the Las Vegas Marriage License Bureau at 201 E. Clark Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89101. It is recommended to do this at least 24 hours before the wedding. The marriage license is not included in any part of the wedding packages.
• Bring your I.D. - All passengers booked on a Grand Canyon Wedding package must have government-issued forms of identification.
• Be sure to book your Grand Canyon Wedding as early as possible to secure your desired date and time.
• Don’t forget your camera! Your package includes a professional photographer; however, passengers are encouraged to use personal cameras and cell phones if they desire. Please be aware that the use of “Selfie Sticks” and extending camera poles is strictly prohibited in and around the aircraft.
• Water: You may bring a bottle of water; however, you cannot open it in the aircraft.
• Not sure what to wear? We recommend passengers bring an extra layer of clothing (i.e., a jacket, sweater, etc.) for outdoor weddings from March to September, and guests wear winter attire from October to mid-March.
• Wear sensible shoes. The ground at the Grand Canyon is rough, rocky, and uneven. If you plan to wear heels, wear sturdy, toe-covering shoes that can handle rough terrain before and after the wedding ceremony. Sneakers or hiking boots are encouraged.
