Q Do you have a fuel surcharge?
A Yes, however the surcharge is already included in the price of any tour booked online.
 
Q Do you have an overweight surcharge?
A Yes, anyone weighing over 275lbs will be charged an additional 50% of the base fare.
 
Q When do I receive confirmation of my booking?
A You should receive confirmation of your booking within 24 hours of booking. If you do not, please contact Reservations at 888-635-7272.

Q What hotels does this tour pick up from?
A Las Vegas Hotel pickups can be found by clicking here. Shuttle service is available at Grand Canyon South Rim but must be arranged in advance.
Q What days does this tour operate?
A Most tours operate daily, Monday thru Sunday. Call our Reservation office to check availability.
Q Can you check availability for me?

Q Are there different times of departure for this tour?

Q I’m not staying in a hotel, what is the closest pick up point?
A Papillon offers hotel pick ups only. Passengers must provide their own transportation if they are not staying in a hotel or make their way to an area hotel.
Q Do you pick up from private residences?
A No. Papillon offers hotel pick ups only.
Q Can I get dropped off after my tour to my hotel or in the city?
A Papillon provides roundtrip transfers to and from your hotel. Other location pick ups and drop offs have to be scheduled directly with Reservations for availability.
Q Do I need a VISA or passport or are there any special health requirements for this tour?
A All passengers booked on a tour must have government issued forms of identification, no EXCEPTIONS!
Q I am traveling in a group - do you cater for groups and/or have a group discount program?
A Contact the Sales & Marketing Office at 702-736-6322.
Q Does this operate on Christmas and public holidays?
A Papillon operates everyday except Christmas.
Q Can I book this when I get there?
A Tours can be booked upon arrival at your destination city. Call Reservations for availability. Better prices are available online!

A Grand Canyon Tours are offered in 11 different languages: Spanish, Japanese, Portuguese, Italian, French, Dutch, Cantonese, Mandarin, German, Korean, and English.

Q Does this tour pick up from the airport?
A No.
Q If I book online or on the phone and then find a coupon, can I get the difference as a credit?
A No, coupon codes need to be mentioned at the time of booking. Coupons have limited offer dates, expiration dates or are based on availability.
Q Is my credit card safe?
A Yes, Papillon is a secure website.
Q I keep getting a credit card error while trying to book. What do I do?
A Call Reservations to see if the booking was received, contact your credit card company if there is a billing error.
Q Can I book air/hotels/car rentals through you?
A Yes. We offer Grand Canyon hotel accommodations and Las Vegas show bookings.
Q It has been 24 hours since I booked and I have not received confirmation. I’m not sure if my booking was processed, did you get my booking request?

A Cancellations within 24 hours of flight time or no shows are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

A Yes, passengers in excess of 275 lbs will be required to pay an additional 50% of their selected tours base price. This fee is not built into any online booking and will be collected at check-in.
