Grand Canyon West Rim, operated since 1988, has grown dramatically in the last three to four years as a wonderful place to experience the Canyon. In 2004, West Rim hosted over 270,000 visitors from many countries and now daily serves groups from 1 to 700! The area sports a variety of activities including helicopter flights to the bottom of the canyon, West Rim tours to the Skywalk, boat rides on the Colorado River, Hummer and guided horseback rides along the canyon's rim.
