During our West Rim tours, you will not only experience sites like the 4,000 foot drop to the Colorado River flowing through the Canyon, but a sight into lives of the land's inhabitants. The Hualapai Nation has partnered with several other Native American tribes to bring visitors of the Grand Canyon West Rim inside the lives of their tribes. The Indian village complex consists of five smaller villages showing not only the Hualapai Tribe, but three other Arizona tribes and the authentic hand-constructed tepee's that are representative of many Plains Indians. Each village pays tribute to each tribe's unique culture through cultural stories and displays. At the center of the village complex is a brand new 250 seat amphitheater that showcases regularly scheduled performances and presentations by, primarily, the Hualapai Tribe.
